This is a scenic medium for building dioramas, not a finished object and not a kit. The only thing certain from the name is the shade, dark green; the words Super Foliage are a trade designation of the range that on their own settle neither the form nor the coarseness of the material. Check the volume, the weight and the structure of the material on the packaging.
Foliage is applied at a later stage of the build, when the shape of the terrain, the base color of the surface and the coarse scatter are finished. It serves as the leaf medium of bushes and tree crowns, as undergrowth, a hedge or climbing greenery on walls and ruins. The dark green shade suits the shaded lower layer, and the lit tops are then finished with a lighter tone. A single shade of green over a whole area reads as artificial, so always build greenery from at least two tones.
Tear or take the material in an amount matching the size of the bush, dip the underside into thinned PVA glue and press it into place. Once dry, fix the area with a light overspray of matte varnish or of atomized thinned glue. Try the fixing on a small offcut first, so that you know how the material reacts. Work in thin layers and let each one dry, otherwise the medium settles and loses its volume.
