A modeling paint in the Dunkelgelb shade according to the RAL 7028 chip, code HTK-A244.
Responsibility details are not available.
Dunkelgelb, that is, dark yellow, leans in its name on the RAL 7028 chip from the RAL 840R chart. Under this designation the shade is known as the base finish of German combat vehicles from the later part of the Second World War; camouflage blotches of further colors were then applied over it. On a model the result tends to be more convincing when the base is lightened slightly in the middle of large areas and left darker by the lower edges and in recesses.
Stir the paint thoroughly before use, so that the settled pigment is mixed in. Apply it to a clean, dry and degreased surface; on smooth plastic the coat holds more reliably over a primer coat. Proceed in several thin coats and let the paint dry between them, otherwise the fine details of the surface will be lost. Choose the thinner and the ratio of thinning according to the instructions of the manufacturer on the packaging, that is, the thinner intended for this range. Close the container carefully after the work and wipe the rim, so that the lid comes off easily next time.
The paint suits builders of German vehicles who need a base yellow tone with a chart designation, and everyone who is completing a palette with a warm sandy yellow shade. It will serve as a base beneath blotched camouflage and beneath dusting and chipping later.
The paint in the stated shade is supplied on its own. A thinner, brushes, an airbrush, glue and a model are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise. Verify the volume of the package and its place in the color range by the item code before you buy.
