Eduard 1:72 Big Ed B-24D Liberator, part II (for Airfix) — a combined package of photo-etched parts and masking films, the second part of the detail set. It is not a model, but a set of details for a kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
A Big Ed combined set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard, the second part of the detail equipment for the four-engined bomber Consolidated B-24D Liberator in 1:72 scale. It is an accessory for a more advanced build, not a standalone model — in one package it usually brings together several photo-etched sets and pre-cut painting masks. The second part follows on from the first and concentrates on further areas of the model. It is intended for the B-24D plastic kit from Airfix.
The Consolidated B-24 Liberator was an American heavy four-engined bomber of the Second World War with the characteristic high-mounted Davis wing. The B-24D version was one of the first to be used on a large scale and operated over Europe and the Pacific alike.
Separate the photo-etched parts with a sharp knife on a cutting surface and bend them in a bending tool. Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Put the masks on degreased glazing. Follow the instructions supplied with the individual sets.
This is a set of accessories, not a standalone model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
