This is a resin kit in 1:350 scale intended for more experienced modelers. The model represents the Korean panokseon warship, the main battle vessel of the Joseon dynasty period. The parts are supplied unassembled and unpainted and suit standalone display as well as a naval diorama.
The panokseon was a Korean warship with a covered superstructure which formed the backbone of the navy of the Joseon dynasty. The multi-deck design gave cover to the rowers and at the same time an elevated fighting platform for gunners and archers; ships of this type proved themselves in the Korean naval battles of the 16th century.
First wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate); wear respiratory protection while sanding. Pick out the wooden structure of the hull and the superstructures with layered painting and a wash into the seams, and at the end mount the ship on a stand or into a modeling water surface.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted as a resin kit. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
