Twelve replacement wheels with the weight of the load showing, for the heavy tank trailer towed by tractors of the MAZ family, in 1:72 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
The heavy trailer from the Chelyabinsk works carried combat vehicles behind tractors of the MAZ family. The rig was one of the typical sights of Soviet and later Russian moves: the long cab of the tractor, the low deck with its loading ramps and, beneath it, a dense row of wheels that spread tens of tons so that the rig could use an ordinary road.
The set swaps the original tires for a version on which the weight of the load shows. In 1:72 scale it is a change the eye notices sooner than many others, because it is the trailer that has the most wheels in the whole rig and sits low above the road. Twelve parts cover the whole deck, so the result looks consistent and no wheel stands out.
When bonding them, make sure the flat spot points down and that all the parts sit in one plane. It helps to stand the assembly on glass and let the glue set in that position. The trailer and the tractor are not in the package; these are replacement parts only, for a model that has already been built.
One more thing is worth mentioning. A trailer is often displayed empty at shows, because a load hides half the work a modeler has put into the deck. In exactly that case attention moves down to the running gear, and any shortcoming on the wheels shows at once. Swapping them for parts with the right shape is therefore the simplest way to move the whole rig up a level.
