An engraving needle from the Taiwanese brand Madworks with a round tip 0.03 mm across. Unlike flat scribers the needle tapers to a point, so it follows any direction and is ideal for engraving arcs, circles and irregular curves, especially together with templates and stencils. The cutting part is tungsten carbide (tungsten steel) with a long-lasting edge. A handle is not included in the package.
For modelers who need engraved detail away from straight lines: rivet rows, round hatches, rounded transitions. It complements the straight scribers and chisels of the same line perfectly.
Do not use it on metal. The tip is very sharp: work carefully and store it out of the reach of children.
