The model has finely engraved panel structure, a cockpit with a tub and a seat, and a pilot. A generous set of underwing stores and a decal sheet with markings are included. The model is built and painted.
The Fairchild Republic A-10 Thunderbolt II is an American single-seat ground attack aircraft intended for close support of ground forces and the destruction of armored vehicles. It became famous for its massive seven-barrel rotary cannon in the nose, its tough construction and its ability to operate from forward bases. The pair of engines set high on the rear fuselage and the characteristic twin vertical tails give the aircraft an unmistakable silhouette.
Glue the plastic parts with modeling cement for plastic. We recommend a primer before painting, and the shades themselves come out best from an airbrush. In such a small scale, thin coats of paint and fine accenting of the panels come into their own. Glue the underwing stores on after painting.
