The model is supplied as an unassembled set of injection-molded plastic parts to be glued and painted. The second-generation Toyota Soarer (Z20) was introduced in 1986 as a luxury grand tourer. The top 3.0GT-Limited form combined a powerful inline six-cylinder with rich equipment and, in the late version, with air suspension as well. The car became known for its elegant design and well-finished interior and is among the classics of the Japanese car scene of the 1980s.
The smooth areas of the body will appreciate a primer and paint applied with an airbrush, finished with a gloss varnish. The protective strips on the sides and the bumpers tend to be made as clear parts — paint them carefully to match the real subject. On the late version you can choose the standard or the lowered ride height, depending on the set. Bring out the interior and the chrome fittings with light toning.
