The MASTER 1:32 MG FF aircraft cannon set contains two turned metal barrels and photo-etched sights and replaces the plastic armament parts of early German fighters.
Responsibility details are not available.
A turned metal detail set, not a model of the aircraft. It contains two turned barrels for the German MG FF aircraft cannon of 20 mm caliber and photo-etched sights, in 1:32 scale. It replaces the plastic armament parts.
The MG FF was a German 20 mm aircraft cannon derived from the licensed Oerlikon. It armed the early German fighters of the end of the 1930s and the beginning of the Second World War, among them the Messerschmitt Bf 109E and Bf 110 and the first versions of the Fw 190. It was marked by a relatively low muzzle velocity and a large drum magazine. A faithful rendering of its barrels and small sights is a detail that will please any demanding modeler of early Luftwaffe machines.
Cut off the plastic barrels and replace them with the metal parts, and glue the photo-etched sights on separately. Use cyanoacrylate on degreased surfaces for gluing. Bend the photo-etched parts gently to match the real thing. Before painting, go over both the metal and the photo-etch with a base coat (primer) so that the top coat holds well.
This is not a complete model. The set does not contain glue, paints or a kit.
