Responsibility details are not available.
A multimedia kit of the German single-seat fighter biplane of the First World War in 1:32 scale from the Polish manufacturer Lukgraph. It is a resin and 3D printed kit for experienced modelers that combines cast resin parts, fine 3D printed components and photo-etched details. The struts and the wings are usually reinforced with wire for the strength of the finished model.
The Halberstadt D.II was a German single-seat fighter of 1916, one of the first purpose-built German fighter biplanes. It was powered by an inline Mercedes engine; it was strong and agile and did well in a dive. It was deployed on the Western Front.
First wash the mold release residue off the parts, cut the casting blocks off carefully and bond them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. On a biplane, count on the rigging (bracing and control wires) - the struts and the landing gear have holes for threading wire, and the slender cabane struts call for patience. An airbrush and a quality primer for resin prove themselves.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted as a kit of resin and 3D printing. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
