This set from Kelik brings color 3D interior decals. They are applied with water like ordinary decals, yet they carry relief and pre-printed color, so the cockpit gains depth, legible instruments and a realistic look without painting the small features. It is not a model but an accessory for models of the Ki-61-I fighter in 1:32 scale.
The Kawasaki Ki-61 Hien was a Japanese fighter of the Second World War and one of the few Japanese fighters powered by a liquid-cooled inverted V12 engine. Version I was the basic production variant, used above all in the Pacific. The large 1:32 scale lets every detail of the roomy cockpit come into its own.
Clean and degrease the surface, dip the decal in water briefly, slide it onto the place it belongs and press it gently down, then soak up the excess water. The set comes into its own most on a build with the canopy left open.
This is an accessory, not a model. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
