The third part of a decal subline with the uniform markings of the Wehrmacht ground forces of the Second World War. It is an accessory for finished figures in 1:35 scale, not a kit, and it is used only on a painted figure.
Uniform badges make sense anywhere a scene is meant to tell a story: a commander at a map, a crew beside a vehicle, prisoners beside a column. From the small badges the viewer reads who is who, and the scene gains a logic of its own. At the same time, markings should be discreet. They look best when they are lightly weathered and toned down once dry, so that they read as part of the cloth rather than as a freshly stuck-on label.
