A set of four sheets printed with domestic wallpapers in 1:35 scale. It takes the place of painting interior walls: the sheet is cut to the measure of the wall and glued on, so the scene gains a lived-in look in a single evening.
A thin printed sheet copies everything underneath it. A grain of sanding dust will show through it as a bubble, uneven filler will appear as a wave, and absorbent plaster will draw moisture out of the glue so unevenly that the surface will buckle. Sand the wall smooth first, therefore, rid it of dust and seal an absorbent base with a thin coat of paint or clear coat. Only on a surface prepared like this does wallpaper look like wallpaper and not like papered-over cardboard.
For builders of dioramas in 1:35 scale who work with an open interior and want their walls finished quickly and straight. Four sheets are enough even for several attempts, so you can try the approach out as a test first. The model, figures, furniture, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
