The 039G Sung submarine in 1:350 scale from Bronco is a plastic kit of the Chinese diesel-electric attack submarine.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the Chinese Type 039G attack submarine, designated the Sung (Song) class, in 1:350 scale from Bronco. The model offers a choice of raised or lowered periscopes and masts on the sail, a pre-formed photo-etched seven-blade propeller, decals and a stand for display.
The Type 039G is a Chinese diesel-electric attack submarine. In the PLA Navy the Sung class represented a domestic design with a modern hull and sail silhouette. Submarines of this type are intended for combat against surface and underwater targets alike.
Fit the hull carefully and fill the seams so that the model looks like a single piece. Glue the photo-etched propeller with cyanoacrylate glue. Apply the base with an airbrush, and the boundary between the upper and lower hull colors can be made by masking. The model looks good on the stand supplied, or as a waterline version in the sea surface.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
