This is a detail armament accessory, not an airplane model. The package holds four faithfully executed American AIM-7E Sparrow III medium-range air-to-air guided missiles, produced by modern 3D printing. They serve to complete the underwing stores of fighter models.
The AIM-7 Sparrow is an American semi-active radar homing medium-range air-to-air missile. The AIM-7E version was among the most widespread and was carried by a whole series of American fighters of the Cold War era. A faithful rendering of the shape of the body and the control surfaces determines how realistic the armament looks.
Separate the missiles from the print supports, clean them up and glue them with super glue. Paint them in the shades of live ordnance, add the color bands and fine highlighting.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
