AN/M2 je letecká verze Browningu ráže.50 s odlehčenou hlavní a vysokou kadencí, zabudovaná do letadel. M2HB je pozemní verze s těžkou hlavní (Heavy Barrel) pro vozidla a lafety. Vypadají odlišně a nejsou zaměnitelné.

Zbraň je napevno zabudovaná do konstrukce a míří se s ní celým strojem — nemá tedy rukojeti ani mířidla pro ruční obsluhu. Typicky jde o kulomety v křídlech a přídích amerických stíhaček.

Výrobce ji nabízí jako univerzální doplněk pro modely v měřítku 1:48. Před nákupem si ověřte, že hledaná zbraň odpovídá výzbroji vašeho konkrétního stroje.

Pryskyřičné díly nejprve omyjte, odřízněte od tiskových podpěr a lepte vteřinovým lepidlem (kyanoakrylátem). Broušení provádějte s ochranou dýchání.
