This item is not an aircraft model but a detail cockpit set from ResKit. It is printed in resin by 3D technology and meant to replace the cockpit in the kit of the French Dassault Rafale C fighter in 1:48 scale from Revell, or Academy. In the Basic version the instrument panels are handled by 3D decals, which come pre-printed and in color, so laborious hand painting of the dials falls away.
The cockpit is one of the most closely watched places on a finished model. The set replaces the production cockpit tub with a more accurate resin part with fine relief and with colored 3D panel decals, which look convincing even without painting. The Basic edition is aimed at modelers who want a quick and striking result.
This is a resin accessory for a model, not an aircraft kit. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
