A set of color three-dimensional decals for the cockpits of the two-seat F-15E, 1:48 scale, in its early form. It is intended for the Hasegawa kit.

The real subject

The F-15E is the two-seat combat form of the Eagle, intended for attacks on targets on the ground without giving up the ability to fight in the air. The pilot sits in front and behind him the weapon systems officer, who works with finding targets and controlling the weapons. The two stations differ noticeably from each other; the rear cockpit is equipped mainly with display surfaces. The designation of the early form refers to the earlier production machines.

What the set contains

Color interior elements with a raised relief, that is the instrument panels of both cockpits, the side panels and the other inner surfaces. The dials, the screens and the lettering are done in color, so you do not have to paint them in by hand. The exact extent of the sheet is given by the maker in the instructions.

Application tips

• The way they are applied differs from one range to another, so follow the instructions from the maker Kelik.
• Varnish the base first, let it dry thoroughly and degrease it; the elements hold only on a smooth, clean surface.
• Pick the elements up with tweezers, seat them dry and press them down with a soft tool so that they settle into the corners as well.
• Sort the elements for the front and the rear cockpit beforehand; the panels of the two stations differ.
