An injection-molded plastic kit, Kinetic 1:48 F-16A MLU Belgian Air Force Tiger Meet 2009 — the Belgian fighter in a striking tiger livery.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the General Dynamics F-16A fighter in the Block 20 MLU version in 1:48 scale from Kinetic. The release captures a colorfully painted machine of the Belgian Air Force from the Tiger Meet 2009 gathering in a striking tiger livery. In the box you will find plastic sprues, clear parts for the glazing and decals for this color scheme.
The F-16A is the single-seat version of the Fighting Falcon fighter. The MLU (Mid-Life Update) program brought European machines up to the level of newer avionics and armament. The Belgian Air Force operates them as multi-role fighters. At the traditional NATO Tiger Meet gatherings, where units with a tiger in their badge come together, some machines are given exceptional colorful liveries, like the one that adorns this model.
Finish and paint the detailed cockpit before closing the fuselage. Mask the one-piece frameless bubble canopy. Spray the demanding tiger livery with an airbrush over a suitable base and put gloss varnish under the decals, so that the large-area markings settle smoothly. Fit the drop tanks and the pylons at the end.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
