1:48 La-7 mask (forGavia/Eduard)

Omask La-7 1:48 (for Gavia/Eduard)

A set of masking templates from Omask intended for a model of the Soviet Lavochkin La-7 fighter in 1:48 scale (the Gavia/Eduard kit). It is not an aircraft kit but an accessory that makes painting easier. The masks are shaped exactly to the forms of that model and serve above all for masking the canopy (the glazing) and the landing gear wheels, so that clean, sharp transitions arise between the frames, the glass and the tires.

Use

• Masking the canopy of a La-7 model in 1:48 scale while the frames are sprayed
• Masking the wheels (separating the tire from the hub) for a clean transition
• Sticking the masks precisely onto the shaped areas before the paint is sprayed
• Intended for a Lavochkin La-7 model from the Gavia/Eduard kit

Who it is for

For modelers who are building the Lavochkin La-7 in 1:48 scale and want to achieve sharp, clean transitions on the canopy glazing and the wheels without laborious hand masking with tape.

This is a masking accessory, not a model. Stick the masks onto a clean, degreased surface and spray the paint in thin coats, so that it does not creep under the edges.
