The Eduard Mitsubishi A6M2 Zero TFace mask 1:48 is a double-sided set of masks made from kabuki tape that lets you paint the cockpit frames from the outside and from the inside.
Responsibility details are not available.
Pre-die-cut self-adhesive masks made from fine yellow kabuki tape in the TFace variant. The set contains masks for the outer and the inner side of the glazing, so you paint the cockpit frames not only from the outside but from the inside in the interior color as well. The masks are shaped precisely for the injection-molded kit of the Mitsubishi A6M2 Zero fighter in 1:48 scale. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
The Mitsubishi A6M Zero was the best-known Japanese carrier-based fighter of the Second World War, famous for its long range and agility. The A6M2 version served in the early phases of the war in the Pacific.
TFace (Two Face) means that the set deals with both sides of the glazing. First you mask and spray the inner frames in the interior color, and once the cockpit is closed you finish the outside in the covering color. The result is windows realistically framed from both sides.
Lift the masks with tweezers, place them on degreased glazing and press the edges down. Spray the paint in thin coats. Fit the inner masks before closing the cockpit and the outer ones only during the final painting.
This is an accessory for a model, not a kit. Paints, glue and the model are not included in the package.
