Omask Masking Set, Bf 109 F/G, 1:72

The Omask masking set is designed for building models of the Messerschmitt Bf 109, F and G versions, in 1:72 scale from Eduard. It contains pre-cut self-adhesive masks for the cockpit glazing (and usually for the wheels too), which make it easy to get a clean paint job on the canopy frames without laboriously masking with tape. It is not a model or decals — it is a painting aid.

Use

• Peel off the individual masks and apply them precisely to the glazing frames and other masked areas
• Press the edges down firmly so paint does not creep underneath
• Spray the paint with an airbrush or apply it with a brush, and let it dry
• Once dry, carefully remove the masks to reveal clean glazing
