Responsibility details are not available.
This is a prepainted photo-etched instrument panel set in 1:72 scale from Yahu Models. It is not an aircraft kit but a finished colored accessory for the cockpit, which replaces the plastic instrument panel from the box. The panel is built up from several laminated etched layers into a three-dimensional relief, and the dial faces are painted at the factory and covered with a gloss varnish that imitates instrument glass. The set is intended for the Caudron C.714 plastic model from RS Models.
It replaces the flat plastic instrument panel and gives the cramped cockpit of this light fighter fine detail without the labor of painting the dials. The panel is degreased, lightly reshaped if necessary and glued in with cyanoacrylate glue.
The Caudron C.714 Cyclone was a French light fighter of largely wooden construction with a Renault engine. It was underpowered but nimble; Polish pilots in particular made their name on it during the Battle of France in 1940, and the machines also served in Finland.
This is an accessory (a photo-etched instrument panel), not an aircraft model. The basic kit and glue are not included in the package.
