Responsibility details are not available.
A set of masking templates from Omask for models of the North American NAA-57 and NAA-64 trainers in 1:72 scale. The masks are precisely cut from yellow masking (kabuki) tape and follow the shapes of the framing of the long canopy glazing, and of further small parts. It is an aid for painting, not a part of the model.
The NAA-57 and NAA-64 were prewar two-seat trainers from the American firm North American Aviation, forerunners of the famous T-6 Texan/Harvard. They were delivered to a number of countries, and with their elongated glazed cockpit they present more demanding glazing to mask.
The pre-cut masks are peeled off the sheet, applied to the glazing and used to frame the areas to be sprayed, so that crisp lines come out with no paint creeping under. Once the paint is on, they come off easily.
This is a masking accessory, not a paint and not a part of the model. Paints are not included in the package.
