This is not a model but a self-adhesive pre-printed color photo-etched set from Eduard in the Zoom line. It is meant for raising the detail of the interior and the cockpit of the Sea King AEW.2 helicopter in 1:72 scale. It contains the main color photo-etched parts for the flight deck, which are added to the parts of a plastic kit. The model itself is obtained separately.
The parts are self-adhesive and printed in color in advance, so there is no need to paint them by hand. A set in the Zoom line is the simplified version of a more extensive color set and concentrates on the most visible features of the flight deck, typically the instrument panel, the side panels and the seat belts. The exact number of parts follows the instructions in the package.
The Sea King AEW.2 is the British airborne early warning helicopter version derived from the Westland Sea King. It came about as a response to the experience of the fighting over the Falklands and carried a radar on a swiveling arm for watching the airspace around a group of ships.
This is an accessory, not a model of its own. The model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
