A set of decals for a model of the Su-25 attack aircraft in 1:72 scale in the markings of the Russian aerobatic team that performs under the name Heavenly Hussars. It is not a kit but separate markings for your own model. The schemes of aerobatic teams cover a large part of the airframe, so working with them calls for patience and a good base.
The Su-25 is a single-seat attack aircraft meant for work low over the battlefield, with an armored cockpit and with the engines on the sides of the fuselage. The aerobatic team that flies this type is unusual among flying teams precisely in its choice of machine: an attack aircraft is not built for quick maneuvers and its display therefore looks different from that of fighter teams. The color scheme is markedly lighter and higher in contrast than ordinary camouflage.
Apply the decals onto gloss varnish; on a matte surface a silvery veil will appear under them. Cut the sheet close to the motif. Lay large areas down from the center toward the edges and press the water out with a soft cloth. On riveted areas and around the panel lines use a softener and press the film down with a cotton swab. At the end, spray the model over with matte varnish, so that the gloss base disappears.
The decals are supplied on their own. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
