About product

Vallejo Model Color - Gunmetal Blue

A water-thinnable acrylic modeling paint from the Model Color range in the dark metallic bluish shade Gunmetal Blue. It comes in a dropper bottle holding 17 ml. Once dry it has a matte finish and high pigmentation, and it is applied by brush and by airbrush after thinning with water or acrylic thinner.

Use

  • Applied by brush straight from the bottle or by airbrush after thinning.
  • Suitable for weapons, metal parts, armament and mechanical components.
  • Thinned with water, with tools easy to clean as long as the paint has not dried.
  • Can be combined with other Model Color acrylics to create transitions.

Who it is for

For plastic modelers and figure painters who need a dark, metallic blue-gray shade for armament and metal features.

This is a paint, not a kit. Ventilate when spraying with an airbrush and do not inhale the aerosol.

FAQ

It is a water-thinnable acrylic from the Vallejo Model Color range. It is thinned with water or acrylic thinner, not with lacquer thinner.

The metallic bluish tone suits weapons, armament and metal mechanical parts.

Yes, after thinning. Model Color is a thicker paint meant for a brush, so we recommend thinning it for an airbrush.
