A purple with a semi-gloss finish, sold under the trade designation Purple for Rey Za Burrel. Semi-gloss is the step between flat and gloss: the surface gives light back, but it does not form a sharp reflection in it. A purple on such a surface stays saturated and looks neither like a dusty area nor like a freshly polished car body. It suits wherever the color is meant to be striking and yet must not overpower the shape of the part.
Stir the container thoroughly before use so that the pigment settled at the bottom spreads through the whole volume. Wash and degrease the parts; fingerprints from the sprue last longer than one would expect and paint does not hold on them. Lay it down in several thin coats with a short pause between them. Purple is among the shades with weaker coverage, so the first coat will look uneven; leave it be and add another instead of building the film up thicker. Choose the thinner and the cleaning agent from the same range.
If you are going to put decals on the area, lay a gloss clear intermediate coat under them. A semi-gloss surface is not smooth enough and silvering would appear under the carrier film. Once the decals are dry, even the look out with a final clear coat to the degree of sheen you want. Let the paint cure thoroughly before masking, press the tape down only along the edge and pull it off slowly and at an angle so that it does not take the paint underneath with it.
The package holds the paint. The thinner, the airbrush, the brushes and other aids are not part of it, unless stated otherwise. Work in a well-ventilated room and store the container carefully closed and out of the reach of children.
