A modeling paint in a white shade in a package of 18 ml. Intended for application with an airbrush as well as a brush.
Responsibility details are not available.
White is one of the most used paints in a modeling workshop and it rarely stays just as it is. It is applied to the whole surfaces of winter finishes and rescue vehicles, to markings and stripes, to the insides of covers and wheel wells, and it is also used to lighten other shades. A package of 18 ml is therefore practical: more white paint is used up than of shades that go onto a model only once.
Stir the paint thoroughly so that the pigment settled at the bottom is dispersed through the whole volume. It is applied with an airbrush as well as a brush. Choose the thinner and the thinning ratio according to the manufacturer's instructions on the packaging and use the thinner intended for this range. Work in a ventilated area and close the bottle carefully after taking paint out, otherwise the remainder in it will thicken.
White covers worse than dark shades, so it is applied in several light coats and each one should be left to set. One heavy coat will fill the fine relief and still will not hide a dark base. Over a dark area it pays to lay a light base, on which white comes up sooner. White areas look better when they are shaded slightly: a purely white model looks flat, while a gentle graying in the shadows gives it shape. Lift the masking tape off as soon as the paint has set, so that the edge of the coat does not come away with it.
What is supplied is the paint alone, 18 ml. Thinner, brushes and airbrushes are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
