About product

Vallejo Yellow Wash - a yellow acrylic wash

This is a ready-made wash, that is, a very fluid transparent acrylic paint, not a covering paint or a kit. The yellow wash runs into recesses and engraved detail, where it brings out the shadows, and at the same time it serves to tint and glaze the coats beneath. It is water-thinnable, non-toxic and without smell.

Use

  • Lay it on with a brush straight into the details and the folds where you want to bring a shadow out.
  • For tinting a whole area, lay it on in thin coats and let it dry.
  • It can be thinned with water for a finer effect; shake before use.
  • Suitable for figures, yellow machinery, wood, brass and fittings.

Who it is for

For figure painters and modelers who want to deepen shadows quickly and bring shades together without mixing glazes of their own.

A water-thinnable acrylic, non-toxic. Store closed out of the reach of children; shake after a longer break.
