The Hawker Hurricane was a British single-seat fighter, and during the Battle of Britain it made up a larger part of the British fighter force than the more celebrated Spitfire. Its construction still came from an earlier school: the framework of the fuselage was a welded tube truss, which in the rear section was covered with fabric. The aircraft had a thick wing and its landing gear retracted inwards toward the fuselage, so it stood on a wide track and could take rougher airfields. The Mk.II version was further divided according to armament, from purely machine guns to cannon.
An add-on set aims at the places that decide the final impression a finished model makes, that is at the places that can be seen in a display case. The accessories are fitted as the build goes along, not added to a finished model afterwards. Always try the assembly dry first, therefore, and only then glue it. The order of assembly, the way the parts are fixed and any reworking of the plastic parts are described in the manufacturer's instructions. Handle the small parts with tweezers and put them down in a bowl so that they do not get lost.
Paints, glue and filler are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
