This is a collector's resin bust from the Ignis Art label in 1:10 scale. It is not a kit of military hardware but a striking fantasy bust for painting and display. The casting is high-quality resin with a great deal of detail and comes unpainted and unassembled.
Eidola is conceived as an atmospheric portrait of a fantasy character and offers a rewarding subject for painting skin, hair, fabrics and decorative elements. The artistic treatment of the bust invites experiments with color mood and textures.
Wash the parts free of mold release agent, clean up the casting blocks and dry-fit them. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate) and sand with respiratory protection. A quality primer works well, followed by acrylics, oils or a combination of techniques. A base or wooden plinth usually has to be obtained separately.
The bust is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and a base are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
