A decal sheet on the theme of the Italian campaign, the first volume of the series. The extent of the subjects covered is given by the description on the box and by the enclosed instructions.
Responsibility details are not available.
The German word Italienfeldzug means the Italian campaign. The item is the first volume of a series devoted to this theme and completes models with printed elements that would be difficult to paint by hand. Which particular machines, vehicles or units the sheet covers is given by the description on the box and by the enclosed instructions, so before building a particular variant check whether the sheet really contains it.
A printed sheet with decals and a list of subjects. The scale and the number of options are not stated here, so go by the manufacturer's data. The decals are applied to a finished painted model, so it is advisable to have the build completed and the surface prepared before you open the sheet.
Coat the surface under the decal with gloss clear coat, as on a matte surface a white haze forms under the film. Cut the decal out close to the printed area, soak it for a few seconds in lukewarm water and let it rest until it starts to slide freely on the backing. Transfer it onto the model together with the paper, hold it and slide the paper out. Press the water out with a soft brush from the center toward the edges and let it dry thoroughly. Decal softener will help the decal settle into the pressings and lines. Finally coat the whole model with matte or semi-gloss clear so that the edges of the film disappear.
The model, paints, clear coats and decal softener are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
