Light Blue Hungarian AF

Mr.Paint Light Blue (Hungarian AF)

A lacquer-based modeling paint from Mr.Paint (MRP) in a 30 ml dropper bottle. It is a light blue shade of the kind the Hungarian Air Force used on the undersurfaces of its Soviet-designed aircraft. It complements the brown and dark green upper camouflage. The paint is intended exclusively for spraying with an airbrush.

Use

• applied with an airbrush in thin coats; it is pre-thinned for nozzles of about 0.3 mm and needs no thinning as standard
• for finer transitions or a larger nozzle it is thinned with lacquer (MRP) thinner, never with water
• it dries quickly into a thin, tough film
• it forms the undersurfaces of a model beneath the brown and green Hungarian Air Force camouflage

Who the paint is for

For modelers building Hungarian Air Force aircraft (MiG-21, L-39, helicopters of the Mi series) who work with an airbrush and want accurate factory shades with a thin film.

The lacquer is flammable and its vapors are harmful to health. Work in a well-ventilated area, use a respirator and protect your skin and eyes. Do not thin with water.
