Light green grass tufts 4 mm tall for dioramas, vignettes and figure bases. It is not a model nor a scene object on its own, but vegetation material to be applied: the tufts are placed one by one on terrain that is already built and painted.
The lighter shade matches young growth in full sun – grass in the middle of open ground, on windward sides and in places the shade does not reach. On a model it has one more practical job: light green makes accents across an area and visually breaks it up. A mix of light and dark tufts therefore always looks better than a single shade, however faithful. A height of 4 mm matches ordinary tended growth.
For builders of dioramas and vignettes, for figure painters and tabletop gamers, and for modelers finishing a display base under a completed model.
