Responsibility details are not available.
This is a Hataka modeling paint from the Orange Line range. The shade name Light Olive corresponds to a light olive, that is a muted green with a brownish cast, and the designation RAL 6040 F9 goes with it. RAL is the European system of color shades by which shades are ordered and compared; the manufacturer gives it so that it is clear which real subject the paint comes close to.
Stir the paint thoroughly before use, as the pigment settles in the bottle and unmixed paint gives a different shade and a different sheen. Choose the thinner and the thinning ratio according to the manufacturer's instructions on the packaging, that is always the thinner made for this range. Spray in thin coats that are left to set between each other, as one heavy coat floods the engraving and the edges. On a model the paint holds best on a degreased and primed surface.
A shade looks different over a large area of a model than in the bottle, and different in daylight than under artificial light. So it pays to spray a test sample onto a spare piece of plastic, let it dry and decide only then. On large areas in a small scale, modelers usually lighten the shade a little, so that the area does not look heavy.
The paint is supplied on its own. The thinner, primer and varnish are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
