LPW06 - Deep Rust Liquid Pigments Washes

Lifecolor Deep Rust (a liquid pigment wash)

A water-based acrylic wash in a 22 ml bottle from the Italian liquid pigment range. The saturated rust shade serves for creating corrosion, rust and the aging of metal surfaces. The wash is ready for immediate use, does not have to be thinned, and it is a non-toxic product without aggressive solvents.

Use

• Let the surface dry, moisten it with water and lay the wash on with a brush until you reach the effect you want.
• It can be applied with a brush or an airbrush, and the individual shades can be mixed with each other.
• The effect can be weakened or removed with the designated remover even several days after application, without damaging the base.
• For believable rust, combine several rust shades and layer them.

Who it is for

For modelers of military vehicles, ships, trains and dioramas who want realistic corrosion effects by a water-thinnable technique.

Keep out of the reach of children. When airbrushing, ventilate and protect your airways.
