Medium brass chain with rounded links (Special Hobby)

A brass chain with regular rounded links in a medium size that matches the look of 1:35 and 1:48 scale. It is not a kit, but an add-on material for detailing models, vehicles, ships and dioramas.

Use

  • Cut the length you need and fit it where the model calls for a chain or a tie-down.
  • Suitable for towing and securing chains, hangers, barriers and other details.
  • Fix the ends and the attachments with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) or a small photo-etched part.
  • Brass takes primer and paint readily and can be weathered with washes and pigments.

Who it is for

For modelers of military subjects, ships and dioramas in 1:35 and 1:48 scale who want a realistic metal chain instead of coarse plastic parts.

Paints, glue and a model are not included in the package.
