Metallic marker in red copper from Gaahleri: a marker with a metallic shade for details and edges.
Responsibility details are not available.
A marker with the metallic shade of copper going into red, intended for painting small areas and details without a brush and without thinning. Compared with ordinary paint a marker has one great advantage: it is ready to use at once, so it suits a quick repair, emphasizing an edge or adding a detail for which it would not be worth opening a bottle and washing a brush. Metallic shades go on surprisingly well from a marker, because the pigment stays mixed in the tip.
Before the first use, and then from time to time, shake the marker and work the tip in on a piece of paper, so that the pigment gets into the tip. On a model work in short strokes and let a coat dry before you lay down a second one. On vertical surfaces apply it thinly, as a thick coat runs. Protect the tip from pressure, because a deformed tip stops drawing a thin line. If you are going to varnish the area, test the compatibility on a sample, because a solvent-based varnish can dissolve the deposit.
For modelers who detail small metal elements, for painters of figures and for anyone who wants a quick repair without preparing paint.
Keep the product out of reach of children, ventilate the room while working and close the marker after use, or the tip will dry out.
