While the sections and modules of the line are dedicated to particular equipment, the shelf is an open space that you divide up yourself, and that is exactly what the divider named in the title serves for.
A section with holes works only for what it was designed for. A shelf is the opposite: it will take anything that fits in it, but without dividing it up it turns into a heap within three evenings.
