Nothing about it belongs to modeling: no mask for spraying, no decal sheet, just a sticker to be put up somewhere. White earns its place wherever black would vanish into the background, be that the dark paint of a car, a black cabinet, a dark laptop cover or glass seen against something dark. For pale surfaces the identical design comes in black.
The F-16 is a single-seat single-engine multirole machine drawn up to stand beside bigger types as a lighter airframe with lower operating costs. It ranks among the first series-built designs to be flown entirely through an electric control system, referred to as fly-by-wire. A tall canopy gives the man in the seat an exceptional field of view, the seat back is reclined and the stick sits beside his hand rather than between his knees.
