Soft modeling lead wire with a half-round section measuring 0.6 mm. It has a rounded top and a flat underside, so unlike round wire it beds down onto the surface across its full width and looks like a raised half-round strip or a weld bead. Lead is easy to shape and holds its shape.
Cut the wire, shape it and bond it with super glue with the flat side against the surface. The surface takes paint and primer, so the strip blends in with the rest of the model.
