The Hetzer is a low, light tank destroyer with a 75 mm gun mounted directly in the armored box, with no rotating turret. It is precisely the small dimensions and the sloped armor that make it a popular subject for modelers, because the vehicle looks good even in small scales and is easy to set into a diorama. The G13 variant came about after the war and differs in detail from the original form, so for building a model it matters which of the two forms you are building. A title on the subject serves as background when deciding on equipment, paint and markings.
