A diorama pipe connector from the system for building pipe runs. In the short version, with two push-fit (OUT) ends, so it joins two tubes that slide over them. The connector is designed to fit ordinary plastic (styrene) modeling tubes of the matching diameter. It is an accessory, not a model of equipment.
