This is a resin set of pipe fittings and connectors for building industrial pipework on dioramas. It is not a kit or a model but a collection of fittings that combine with tubes of 2 mm diameter (plastic or brass rod, for example, which is not included). The package also contains small additional elements of 0.5 mm. The set allows realistic pipe runs to be assembled in a factory, dockside or underground setting.
Wash the castings free of mold release agent and cut off the casting blocks (sand resin with respiratory protection). Fit the fittings onto tubes of the matching diameter and bond them with cyanoacrylate. We recommend a primer first, then painting in metallic shades and picking out rust and dirt with washes and pigments for an industrial, used look.
The accessory is supplied unpainted; tubes, glue and paints are not included.
