PLW DEEP GREY

AMMO PLW Deep Grey (a Panel Line Wash)

Panel Line Wash Deep Grey from AMMO of Mig Jimenez is a ready-made enamel (solvent-based) panel line wash. Thanks to its thin consistency it flows by capillary action into engraved panel lines and recesses, where once dry it picks out detail and creates pronounced shadows. The dark gray shade is intended for aircraft in medium to dark gray finishes, and also for ships and sci-fi space subjects. It comes in a bottle holding about 35 ml, ready for immediate use.

Use

• Applied with a brush straight into the panel lines and details, where it flows on its own
• Once it has set, the excess is wiped away with a clean brush dampened in enamel thinner
• It works best on a smooth, semi-gloss or varnish-protected surface
• Thinned and cleaned with enamel thinner (mineral spirits), not with water

Who it is for

For modelers of aircraft, ships and sci-fi subjects in darker gray schemes who want to pick out panel lines strongly and cleanly. A ready-made mix saves mixing.

An enamel product containing solvents: flammable, use in a well-ventilated area and keep away from children.
