PLW ORANGE BROWN

AMMO PLW Orange Brown (Panel Line Wash): enamel panel line wash, 35 ml

A ready-mixed enamel (solvent-based) wash from AMMO for accentuating panel lines and engraved detail. The thin liquid runs by capillary action into grooves and seams, flows around rivets and hatches and leaves a subtle shadow in them. The excess is wiped off the smooth areas, so the tone stays only in the recesses.

Use

• The orange-brown shade is meant to darken yellow surfaces; it gives a warm shadow that does not look dirty over a yellow base.
• Suitable for machinery, locomotives, robots and yellow-painted aircraft.
• It is applied with a brush straight into the engraved lines, where it runs in by capillary action; once dry, the excess is wiped off with a cloth or a brush moistened in odorless enamel thinner (mineral spirits).
• It also suits ships, trains and sci-fi subjects.

Who it is for

For modelers of yellow-painted equipment who want to accentuate panel lines faithfully without mixing a wash of their own.

Contains solvents, flammable. Use in a well-ventilated area and keep out of the reach of children.
