The subject is September 1939 in Poland, a very short period that is well documented photographically. For modelers it is interesting above all for the equipment, the gear and the settings that meet in it: the vehicles and aircraft of the early period of the war look different from machines of later years, with different finishes and different markings. In that respect period images are a more reliable guide than later reconstructions.
The photo album serves as visual reference both when building a model and when putting together a diorama from this period. The images let you check the appearance of the equipment, the arrangement of the gear and the overall character of the setting, so that a scene holds together.
