A set of eight polypropylene (PP) cups with lids in size L from Master Tools. Practical helpers for anyone who mixes shades, thins paints for an airbrush or needs to keep a mixed blend until the next day.
For modelers who spray with an airbrush as well as for those who work with a brush and want order on the bench. Polypropylene stands up to the usual modeling thinners markedly better than ordinary thin-walled plastics; even so, it is better to avoid long-term storage of aggressive lacquer thinners. Thanks to the lids the blend does not dry out so quickly, and the cups can be labeled so that you return to shades in progress — practical especially with hand-mixed camouflage colors, whose shade you would hit a second time only with difficulty. The larger size L gives room even for blends for a whole car body or the upper surfaces of wings, so you do not have to mix twice and risk a difference in shade between coats.
Thinners and paints are flammable and volatile — work in a ventilated room and do not leave cups with a blend open.
