A styrene angle of L shape, 6.3 mm leg, strip 35 cm long. A sharp inner corner does away with gluing two strips together. The price is for one piece.
Responsibility details are not available.
An extruded styrene profile with two equally wide legs meeting at a right angle. Each leg measures six point three millimeters and the whole strip is thirty-five centimeters long. Anyone who has tried to glue two flat strips into a corner knows how easily the joint slips and how hard the inner corner is to fill. A ready-made angle does away with that problem.
The material is white polystyrene, so it behaves just like the plastic of an ordinary kit. It is cut with a knife, snapped over an edge after a few strokes, and joined with liquid cement for plastic, which softens the edges and joins them with no filler. It can be painted directly, with acrylics and with enamels, without a primer.
In 1:35 the leg matches a profile of roughly twenty-two centimeters on a real structure, and in 1:48 roughly thirty centimeters. The size suits sturdier structures, where the beam is to be visible at a glance. For fine details it is better to reach for the slimmer sizes of the same line.
The strip is supplied singly, not in a set, and the price given applies to this one piece. It should be stored flat, so that the profile keeps a straight axis.
